Wbg turnaround specialist Donald McKinnon has secured the sale of a waste management site in Huddersfield from the liquidation of Bradley Park Waste Management for £2.185m to Bradley Park Holdings, a separate business entity with no connection to the liquidated firm.

Since his appointment as liquidator in December 2024, McKinnon has been actively maintaining the site and overseeing a variety of complex issues all while ensuring that the site remains compliant from the Environmental Agency’s perspective.

“At the conclusion of a protracted and time-consuming liquidation process with a range of complex issues, we are delighted to secure this sale to Bradley Park Holdings, which will enable a full return to the company’s secured creditor,” he said.
